男，苗族，1949年8月生，湖南省吉首市人。
12岁学舞狮子耍宝。
16岁学苗族打家伙。
18岁学打苗鼓唱苗歌。
20世纪80年代至今，参加了众多大型苗族四月八群众文化活动。
2003年、2004年在湖北省恩施土家族苗族自治州传承苗族椎牛活动。
完成苗族四月八、民间傩文化的技艺手法的收集、整理、编创，继承发展傩文化剧目三十多种。
带徒数百人。
Honors & Recognition
第五批国家级非物质文化遗产项目苗族四月八代表性传承人。
曾获湖南省第二届少数民族运动会苗鼓单双打第三名，在当地群众中有较大影响力。
