男，柯尔克孜族，1951年11月生，新疆维吾尔自治区阿合奇县人。
长期从事放牧和驯鹰。
1967年开始学习驯鹰狩猎技能,虚心向驯鹰大师学习捕鹰、养鹰、驯鹰知识,完整掌握各种技能,成为柯尔克孜族驯养猎鹰、用猎鹰捕猎习俗的重要传承者,在群众中影响很大,具有很高威望。
曾多次在当地及自治区举办的各类传统体育活动中展示驯鹰技艺。
在几十年的驯鹰活动中,不计私利,向多位求教者传授技艺,使柯尔克孜族这一古老的驯鹰习俗后继有人。

第五批国家级非物质文化遗产项目柯尔克孜族驯鹰习俗代表性传承人。
