又名吾斯曼·艾买提，男，维吾尔族，1959年生，新疆喀什人。
1966年开始跟母亲学习歌唱木卡姆。
1976年在喀什艺术学校系统地学习维吾尔木卡姆艺术并演唱部分木卡姆。
1978年至1980年，跟米吉提热瓦甫、哈力克阿吉、泽克尔艾力拍塔、卡吾力·吐尔地等著名的木卡姆艺术家系统地学习了维吾尔木卡姆的弹唱。
1980年至今将维吾尔十二木卡姆的大部分重新整理并搬上舞台，培养了五十多名学生。
乌斯曼·艾买提善于演唱维吾尔十二木卡姆，尤其是他演唱的“木凯迪曼”（散板序唱）音域宽广，高音明亮，吐字清晰，嗓音通透。
Honors & Recognition
第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目新疆维吾尔木卡姆艺术（十二木卡姆）代表性传承人，一级演员。
