男，汉族，1948年生，广东普宁人。

1959年从艺至今五十多年，专工丑行，师承潮剧名家陈大筐、杨江全、陈玩惜、蔡锦坤、李有存等，戏路宽广，尤其擅长运用服饰、道具、舞台调度等表演手段，娴熟地使用潮丑扇子功、椅子功、梯功等戏曲表演技巧，将人物的思想感情表现得淋漓尽致，项衫丑、宫袍丑、老丑、武丑、女丑等各种丑行门类均能得心应手。

代表作品有：《柴房会》《闹钗》《桃花过渡》《无意神医》《老兵回乡》等。

Honors & Recognition

第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目潮剧代表性传承人，一级演员。
