男，汉族，1939年生，山西泽州人。
马正瑞于1958年借调到晋城县民凤剧团实习演出，期间向上党名须生申银洞和阎发生、陈玉富求教，完整地继承了“申派”艺术，后拜郭金顺为师，得其真传。
自1992年担任晋城市文化艺术学校校长后，致力于培养上党梆子后继人才，其表演优美自然，唱腔细腻典雅，以声传情。
代表作品有《斩花堂》等。
Honors & Recognition
第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目上党梆子代表性传承人，一级演员。
