女，汉族，1939年生，江苏扬州人。

李开敏1953年进入邗江县柳村扬剧团，1960年以后进入扬州市扬剧团工作。

1956年在南京拜高秀英为师，在继承高派唱腔的基础上，逐渐形成自己唱腔圆润甜美、刚柔相济，表演朴实大方而又细腻的艺术风格。

代表作品有：《秦香莲》《蝶恋花》《玉簪记》《恩仇记》《白蛇传》《玉蜻蜓》《婆媳泪》《盛世女丐》等。

Honors & Recognition

第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目扬剧代表性传承人，一级演员。
