《格萨（斯）尔》说唱家。
11岁开始说唱《格萨尔》，一生致力于史诗《格萨尔》的传承与传播。
1984年被西藏社会科学院聘请，开始录制藏族长篇英雄史诗《格萨尔王传》。
共录制四十五部两千多盘磁带（共2114小时），其中三十五部已由西藏社会科学院整理出版，诗行已达到四十多万行。
说唱生涯中不断吸收各地谚语、歌谣、生产生活术语，形成了独特的语言风格，受到西藏广大农牧民的喜爱。
录制的《格萨尔王传》内容完整、情节曲折、语言流畅。
Honors & Recognition
男，藏族，1922年5月生，2011年2月去世，西藏自治区拉萨市人。
第三批国家级非物质文化遗产项目格萨（斯）尔代表性传承人。
