男，藏族，1971年12月生，青海省治多县人。
《康巴拉伊》说唱者。
2000年开始在治多县政府民族语言文字工作办公室整理《康巴拉伊》，2006年被该办吸收为临时工，专事《康巴拉伊》的搜集、整理、说唱工作至今。
说唱词汇丰富、比喻新颖，有自己的说唱风格。
不仅能完整地唱出《康巴拉伊》十二种严格的对唱程式的每个内容，还懂得对唱“拉伊”的诸多古老仪式。
说唱的《嘉洛婚礼》和《囊谦森林宗》得到藏学专家的肯定和赞扬。
2014年在当地举办的“拉伊”大赛中脱颖而出，被誉为“拉伊”歌王。
治多县政府民族语言文字工作办公室根据其说唱内容，整理出版了十二本《康巴拉伊》的相关书籍。
成立“拉伊之家”，闲暇之余带领当地年轻人说唱《康巴拉伊》。
