男，汉族，1941年6月生，江西省兴国县人。
从小酷爱唱山歌,在山里放牛时常常自唱山歌，8岁时被选到乡里唱山歌庆祝解放。
念私塾时常常向余忠禄、谢文棱、刘承达等歌师学习山歌的演唱技巧,成为乡里有名的小山歌手。
15岁开始走上职业歌师生涯,1959年由乡选派到县办农业大学学习,毕业后分配在兴国县农业局所属园艺场工作。
多年来，随同县、乡组织的业余山歌演唱队到全县各乡村进行多场巡回演唱。
Honors & Recognition
第三批国家级非物质文化遗产项目兴国山歌代表性传承人。
