02 · Core Techniques & Process
The benediction and eulogy is a traditional folk literary form of the Mongol nomadic people of northern China, including benediction and eulogy, collectively called the benediction and eulogy. Hoboksar Autonomous County is one of the important areas of its circulation. The benediction and eulogy first arose from labour and is the collective oral work of Mongol hunters and herdsmen. The ancient benedictions and eulogies were mostly praise of heaven and earth, hills and rivers and all natural things and prayers and blessings for fishing, hunting and herding production. With the development of social production people gradually gained a further understanding of nature, and the folk benedictions and eulogies gradually shed their primitive religious colour, replaced by direct description of labour and production and praise of the fruits of labour and daily life. The benediction and eulogy has accompanied the Mongol through the long river of the years; today it still shows extremely tenacious vitality and is a need of Mongol social life. The benediction and eulogy is the source of Mongol lyric poetry, and today we can still feel its melody in modern and contemporary Mongol poetry. It is the embodiment of the Mongol people's love of life and of the human lot, full of a positive and upward spirit and beautiful and kind wishes, giving people encouragement and hope and urging them to live actively and strive ceaselessly.
