男，汉族，1936年10月生，浙江省金华市人。
第三批国家级非物质文化遗产项目火腿制作技艺（金华火腿腌制技艺）代表性传承人。
金华火腿腌制技师。
19岁进入公私合营金联火腿厂，跟随许朝春师傅学习金华火腿制作技艺。
按传统火腿腌制行业规定，三年学徒期间不能随便碰火腿。
刻苦学习的同时还练就了一些“绝活”，比如叠火腿十二层不倒，用他的话说，靠的就是技艺与用心。
在长期的腌制实践中，不断改进、创新、积累，形成了一整套低温腌制、中温脱水、高温发酵的独特腌制技艺。
