男，汉族，1945年5月生，河北省文安县人。
1962年拜里东庄音乐老会邵树平、邵中庆为师，按照古乐谱研习方式，口传心授学习了音乐会吹管、打击乐等技艺。
演奏功底深厚，气力足，代表作有《大走马》《锦堂乐》《青吹山坡羊》《关公辞曹》《背调关公辞曹》等散曲四十多首。
拍节紧凑，能熟练使用正调、背调等吹奏技艺。
文场笙、管、笛、锣，武场鼓、镲、钹、铙，样样精通。
多年来，一直组织村里二十多名会员在家研习古音乐，每年逢重大节日免费为其村及周边村镇演出，使古乐艺术得以宣传与推广。
