男，汉族，1936年1月生，河北省任丘市人。
视音乐为生命，音乐会的乐谱和乐器一直由他保存，在传承中受尽磨难而初心不改。
坚持民间曲谱的搜集、整理工作，并为普及音乐将工尺谱译为简谱，自己创作了《龙腾虎跃》《鸟语花香》《温酒斩华雄》等作品。
不仅是辛安庄音乐会的演奏者，更是组织者。

第五批国家级非物质文化遗产项目冀中笙管乐（辛安庄民间音乐会）代表性传承人。
竭尽全力培养新人，毫无保留地将自己精湛的技艺传授给学员。
