1989年进入酿醋行业，转型改组扩建山西三盛合酿造有限公司，跟随“三盛合”老字号唯一传人王如槐学习小米醋酿造技艺。
Mastery, Signature Works & Repertoire
第五批国家级非物质文化遗产项目酿醋技艺（小米醋酿造技艺）代表性传承人。
先后到北京、四川、吉林、陕西等地学习。
同山西省食品工业研究所的科技人员认真研发，在汾城米醋传统酿造工艺基础上，采用“多菌培养、多酶作用、低温发酵、长期酿造”的方法，将古老工艺与现代技术结合起来，打造汾城米醋品牌。
致力于后继人才的培养，已将米醋传统酿制技艺传予弟子王俊龙，并组建讲学班，有效地保护和传承了米醋老工艺，弘扬了山西的醋文化。
