男，汉族，1963年9月生，甘肃省天水市人。
第五批国家级非物质文化遗产项目地毯织造技艺（天水丝毯织造技艺）代表性传承人。
天水丝毯织造技师。
1980年进入天水丝毯厂，在师傅吴学信、金爱花的传授下专门学习天水丝毯织造技艺的整个流程，从最基础的染线缠线开始，一年后学习“8”字扣栽绒编织手法及片剪、雕刻等技艺，并开始独立设计图案。
1984年至1986年在河北省工艺美术学校织绣专业学习。
为了保证古老的技艺能够传承下去，先后带王丽珍、黄晶荣等徒弟二十六人。
Honors & Recognition
1990年设计的丝织艺术挂毯《千手千眼观音》在中国轻工业联合会举办的首届全国轻工博览会上获金奖，2014年至2015年作品《华夏图腾》获中国工艺美术协会颁发的百花杯中国工艺美术精品奖金奖等。
