出身于民间吹歌世家，是子位吹歌王家吹歌会第八代传人，自幼师从民间艺人王礼吉、刘礼全、王木科，同时跟随父亲王成奎学习笙演奏。
Mastery, Signature Works & Repertoire
男，汉族，1946年3月生，河北省定州市人。
全面传承了子位吹歌传统曲目及演奏技法，尤其是笙的演奏技艺。
代表作有《大绣鞋》《八仙庆寿》《摘棉花》《小放驴》《打枣》等。
如今家中仍旧保存着祖辈流传下来的吹歌传统曲目资料（工尺谱）。
Honors & Recognition
第三批国家级非物质文化遗产项目冀中笙管乐（子位吹歌）代表性传承人。
积极开展传习活动，在本村的子位吹歌艺术学校任教，培养子位吹歌的后继人才。
