山南藏医院著名老藏医琼结白日瓦旺久多吉之子。

1992年从山南卫校毕业后分配到山南藏医院工作，主要从事藏医外治工作。

经过多年的理论学习和实践，熟练掌握藏医基础理论知识，尤其在藏医外治学理论与临床实践方面积累了较为丰富的经验。

Honors & Recognition

第五批国家级非物质文化遗产项目藏医药（山南藏医药浴法）代表性传承人。
